The problem

Startups rarely die of bad ideas. They die understaffed.

A two-person team can't be a great CMO, CFO, general counsel and data scientist at the same time. So they hire slowly, burn runway, and lose to whoever executes every function — at once.

“We had the idea — but no one to actually run it.”
The painEarly teams are two or three people doing twelve jobs badly. Marketing, finance, legal and product all wait their turn.
Why most accelerators fall shortThey offer advice and a network — but you still have to find, afford and manage every hire yourself.
The ORIJINS answer42 expert agents fill every function from day one — a working org chart, not a hiring to-do list.
“We burned the round on a team we couldn't really afford.”
The painA real CMO + CFO + GC + data scientist is well over AED 3.7M/year — before anyone ships a thing.
Why most accelerators fall shortThey hand you capital, then watch you spend most of it on payroll and tooling.
The ORIJINS answerThe operating team is AI — near-zero marginal cost. Runway goes to growth, not headcount.
“Our AI stack was a mess of personal ChatGPT accounts.”
The painUngoverned, leaky and unaccountable. No memory, no audit trail, no idea what it costs.
Why most accelerators fall shortInfrastructure isn't their job — you're on your own to build it, badly, under pressure.
The ORIJINS answerSovereign GAIA infrastructure: private, governed, proof-backed — the stack a Series-B can't build, included.
“Mentorship was one hour a month.”
The painScheduled office hours can't keep up with a startup that moves every single day.
Why most accelerators fall shortHuman mentors don't scale — their time is the bottleneck, and it's rationed.
The ORIJINS answerAgents are on every function, 24/7 — always-on execution, with humans for the calls that matter.

The model

One incubator. A whole company per founder.

From the day you're accepted, ORIJINS provisions a sovereign tenant, hires your 42-agent operating team, attaches GAIA infrastructure, and backs you with capital — then you build with proof at every milestone.

staffed — 42 agents

Staffed

A complete operating team across 7 poles — marketing, sales, tech, finance, legal, data and operations — running from your first week.

What it means: you execute like a 50-person company while staying a lean founding team.
sovereign — GAIA

Sovereign

Your own GAIA tenant: private models, governed actions, company memory and a proof ID on every output. Your data never trains anyone's model.

What it means: enterprise-grade, auditable AI — without an infra team.
backed — capital

Backed

Capital, a structured program, and an operator network — aligned with you on equity, so the incubator wins only when you do.

What it means: money and a machine to spend it well — not just a cheque.

The workforce

Your operating company: 42 agents across 7 poles

Each agent is a specialist with its own playbooks and frameworks — from MEDDPICC selling to dbt analytics to GDPR & the EU AI Act. Together they form a complete company you direct, not micromanage.

The infrastructure

The AI stack most Series-B startups can't build — included

Your agents don't run on someone's public API. They run on GAIA: a self-hosted, sovereign gateway with auto-routing, observability and governance — the same stack that powers ORIJINS itself.

Auto-routing gateway

A unified OpenAI-compatible gateway routes every request to the right model tier — cheapest model that can do the job.

LiteLLM · 23 tiers · local-first

Sovereign hardware

Models run on owned silicon — a Mac Studio M3 Ultra with 512 GB plus a DGX Spark cluster — not rented black boxes.

Proof & observability

Every output carries a proof ID and a status; every routing decision is traced — so the work is auditable, not just plausible.

Governance & residency

Tenant isolation, approval gates on sensitive actions, EU / Gulf data residency, and no training on your data — ever.

How it works

Three steps from founder to fully-staffed company

Apply & get selected

Tell us the founder, the idea and the market. We select for cohort fit — sector, ambition and how much an AI workforce would change your trajectory.

Get staffed & provisioned

We stand up your sovereign GAIA tenant and hire all 42 agents, configured to your company. You get a working operating team in days, not quarters.

Build, prove & raise

You direct the company; agents execute across every pole. Each milestone ships proof-backed — ready to show customers, your board and the next investor.

The thesis

Why this is what an AI-native accelerator looks like

proposed model

The compounding advantage

Classic accelerators add capital and advice to a thin team. ORIJINS adds an entire operating company. The same founder ships more, faster, and cheaper — and the gap compounds every week.

Because the agents and infra are shared across the portfolio, every new startup inherits playbooks proven by the last one — an accelerator that gets smarter with each cohort.

“We don't want to fund founders and hope they hire well. We want to hand them a company that already runs — and back the human judgment on top.”

FAQ

The questions every founder asks

Do the 42 agents replace my human team?
No — they replace the dozen functions you couldn't afford to staff yet. You and your co-founders provide judgment, taste and key decisions; the agents do the execution underneath, 24/7.
How much equity does ORIJINS take?
It depends on the track and stage. The ranges on this page are a proposed model, not a committed term sheet — final equity and capital are set per company when you're accepted.
Is my company's data private?
Yes. Each startup gets an isolated GAIA tenant. There is no cross-tenant recall, no training on your data, and EU / Gulf data residency. Sensitive actions stop at a human approval gate.
What do the agents actually do, day to day?
They draft your go-to-market, build financial models, write and review contracts, ship product specs and code, run analyses, prepare investor materials — each with its own professional frameworks, and a human approves anything that leaves the company.
Where is ORIJINS Ventures based?
The infrastructure is sovereign and the program is global, with a focus on MENA and Europe. Agents work in English and Arabic, and data residency is configurable per cohort.
Is this live today?
This site presents what ORIJINS could offer as an AI-native accelerator. The GAIA infrastructure and the 42-agent workforce are real; the accelerator program described here is a thesis we're opening to founders — apply to help shape the first cohort.
